Run Application Within Application

I put up a post in VB, but i have been recently been on VB.Net
The recent poll i posted can be found Here
The problem is that i need a command button to link to another application to my main one. i know theres a code in the link above but that is for VB 6.0, and i am using VB.Net
Any suggestions?
