Hello everybody,
I want to manipulate the AutoCAD drawings from my C++ project, and currently i am running out of ideas to achieve my goal.
I have tried using the libraries of objectARX in a C++ project... but it doesn't seem to be possible to use the objectARX libraries in a C++ project.
So kindly... suggest me someway of achieving this.
Thanks & Regards,
Durgesh

The DXF file format is not very hard , if you were just doing basic things you could probably roll your own classes to load and manipulate data from a DXF file.

Thanks fot the reply. I am already on DXF Format. But have some doubt about its capabilities, anyhow i will give it a try.
I was thinking more like, we do in Visual Basics. We get the complete access of AutoCAD object. Same way it should be possible to do it in C++, using objectARX libraries, but i am just unable to find a way to start. Any help in this regard???
