Danny why don't you check out www.engine001.com? if your not much of a programmer this is a good place to start, then work your way up.

You aren't the only person looking for programmers. I didn't even try. I just got a group of friends together, taught them to use some programs and got it to work to the best of my ability. Currently we have 0 progress though...
