script to show contents on mysql database

I was wondering if there was a way to display the contents of the information in a mysql database on a webpage using php. I have a registration form that allows users to register online for an upcoming conference. This information is stored in a database and I can easily access it but the person who would need to view the info of the people registered would have no idea how to use mysql to export the info. So I need a way to allow this person to click a link that would show the contents of the database.

Any suggestions?
