I would say Hotmail, but Gmail is good if you have many emails, as it can collate them.

Gmail, plus with all it's easy access to other google apps how couldn't I love it? Click and bam, this is what I get to spend my time on today, see what my gf's doing this week and make plans right in there, beam it to our blackberries, click check my stocks, click check my emails again,

Actually, I mostly use gmail on my BB, but I do really love this console theme they have ^.^

Gmail, because I can import from other (not so important) email addresses, the UI is easily changeable, you get more than 7GB of storage for your emails and accessing it through an email client is much, much simpler than with Hotmail.

I love gmail just for that reason. I have set up filters/tags to separate all of my emails (FB, DIC, Twitter, Y!A, CNN) - that's soo useful! ^^

Gmail has many convenient and nice features but I use Hotmail as almost all my devices use my Windows Live ID so it all interconnects for me (although Microsoft is always in control for everything). I think Hotmail is pretty cut down though and straight to the point so it seems more efficient. By looks alone though I'd have to give it to Gmail. Yahoo I've never used.

EDIT: Grammatical errors
