BASIC (Vic-20) -> QuickBasic -> TI-83 -> Visual C++ -> Java -> VB6 -> C# -> javascript -> VB.NET
Definitely more C# than anything else, and I like it that way.

Well at 1998 (I was in class 6th) I started with DOS Batch Script (which was my first OS and first time to work with computer) then in 2000 when I learned MS Words and MS Excel I started working with MS Access and was interested with VBA Application in MS Access and learned HTML from a book,
but after Learning VB6 in year 2002 I was happy with VB6 and playing with it a simple Notepad a few function of MS Paint etc...
and in year 2005 I started VB.Net and after 3 months I started C#.Net and then MS SQL Server 2000 and then PHP and MySQL in 2007 and now I am learning (C, C++ and Java) from past a few months.
and diagram looks like this:
and now I am happy with PHP/MySQL and C#/MSSQLServer

HTML > CSS > Cold Fusion > PHP > SQL
That's a fair way of putting it.

This is the chronological path that I started learning a language. It doesn't reflect at all how much I use the language, how long I used it, or any variants of it (css? really? people list that?)
KliknPlay->Basic->Visual Basic->TI-83->HTML->Javascript->Java->Perl->C->C++->Java->PHP->Python->Bash->asm->Ruby->C#->Actionscript

HTML -> bash scripting -> failed at C++ -> python 3.x -> failed at C++ again -> understanding of python 2.x, never used -> Java -> will begin learning Haskell, Smalltalk soon -> will learn C++, C#, PHP for school soon
Definitely my best languages are Python 3.x and Java. The book I have for python is great (Mark Summerfield) and I am doing Java for school, the book is a perfect ref guide to help me out

God that sounds like my college curriculum, SpeedisaVirus any chance you go to RIT?
However starting in HS to current my path has been:
(& pretty much at the same time)
HTML >> Java >> C# >> C++ >> Scheme & ASM >> Prolog >> Perl >> batch & powershell >> Learning Javascript & CSS atm
