Please don't open the same topic multiple times.
I'm not familiar with VB or dot net coding, but I would imagine it's not as simple as code conversion since there are many unique items that any language is going to have that others do not.
Maybe you could be a little less vague with your project & we can help you out better.

Visual Studio has a built-in converter which should be able to upgrade the vast majority of your code for you. Of course you will have to do some of it manually.
