Lol, I think you got mixed up on languages :)
For non-Urdu/Hindi/Punjabi speakers: Sahee = Correct

Here are a few hints:
- Make each button append the letter in the text box
- Make each button's enabled property false whenever it's clicked
- You can check if it's correct with something like this, check when the # of chars in textbox match # of chars in your word.
' Put this somewhere in the load event or something: dim word as string = orange
if textbox1.text = word then
msgbox("word is correct")
end if

Giving you more code will probably result in me violating a few forum rules, so do something and show us first, and then I'll help you further.

First of All, shouldnt there be a letter/button e?

Here if I understand correctly you want to make a comparing program?

If so:
Code for your buttons:

Button1 or Button_a
textbox1.text &= "a"

Button2 or Button_r
textbox1.text &= "r"

etc.......

and the main part, for textbox1 choose text_change event and put this code in there:

if textbox1.text = "orange" then
msgbox("Good Job")

Hope I helped, if so click the button below

--------------------------------------------------
edit += to &=

@Yaroslav94: your code is not quite right...

when putting strings together you need to use the ampersand (&) sign and not the plus (+) sign.

So the code will look like this

textbox1.text &= "a"

and not

textbox1.text += "a"

You can disable the button after it is clicked with:

button1.enabled = False

or if you want to make it even easier for the child you could hide the button after it is clicked

button1.visible = False

Set the ReadOnly property of your textbox to true.

Hi,

First of all ,you should read the forum rules before just asking for code....

Next your first question is not quite clear.

Now to your second question, you should be using a PictureBox and load the image from a file into the PictureBox.
(that is still quite a primative way. I presume not all images have the same lenght of letters. Anyhow, your application needs to know what letters to assing to the buttons depending on the image you load.)

I recommend you look at your idea again and try to work these things out.

@reemstar: After reading through this thread it's obvious that you're not wanting help with this game, you're wanting someone spoon feed you the code for the game. All you have done thus far is copy & paste all the code provided, then ask for the code for another piece and so on. At some point you're going to have to actually write some code, you cannot just expect everything to be given to you like this.
