i want to try to compare a recorded voice to a child voice.
its just phonics, for kids to practice. anyone knows how to do it??

You need to use the speech SDK..... provided by Microsoft... it has a lot of examples and tutorials from which you can learn a lot about Speech to text and text to speech developement

i do have a speech sdk, i dont intend to do a spech to text or text to speech.

What kind of comparisons of the voice are you looking for? Pitch, etc.
