This one is a bit old. It's from October first of last year. I've not watched all of it, but I think some of you might find it interesting and enlightening. Rich usually gives good talks.

Rich Hickey's presentation is organized around a number of programming concepts: identity, state and values. He explains how to represent composite objects as values and how to deal with change and state, as it is implemented in Clojure.

Rich's talks are always pretty good.
I'll also note that this talk isn't as boring as my topic name made it sound. I encourage people to watch it when they have time, I'm sure you'll find it interesting.

I recommend watching other Clojure videos on the net, too. They're interesting even if you aren't thinking of learning Clojure.
