VB.Net Reference guide

I am unable to download the VB.Net reference guide. I click the link and all i get is a blank screen saying its done loading. Any have a clue as to whats going on, or any tips? :angry:

It may depend on you web browser. I just loaded it in Google Chrome and Internet Explorer 8. What web browser are you using. Try left clicking the image again and it should give you this page:
