How to debug .msi file in Visual Studio

Posted 20 January 2010 - 07:18 AM

I have an msi file. This msi file has some custom actions which have VBScripts associated to them.
How can I debug these VBScripts along with the msi in Visual Studio?

You cannot actually debug a MSI (installer) file through Visual Studio. You might want to think about reverse-engineering it:
