Obviously, there are some issues with the site.
I am aware that it is optimized for at least 800x600 and IE5.5 or later -- I am planning to redesign with more compliance.
Any constructive criticism is welcome.

Yeah, netscape isn't going to recognize those DIVs if they've been positioned using css. Much less the iframes! The solution is simple: just use a different code to link the stylesheet. New browsers will recognize it and old ones won't. Then, rather than using iframes just use the css tag overflow: auto; on the DIV code in the stylesheet. This will create the scrolling effect without the frame and NS4 and IE4 will still be able to SEE the content at least. Hope you know what I mean. Ask if you don't :)
