I wanna sound like AC/DC...

Posted 28 January 2010 - 06:09 PM

Sorry about the weird title, but i really didn't know how to title this :P

First a little background info:
Yesterday i bought a 1/4" to 1/8" jack adapter, so I can plug my guitar into my computer now :D Basically, I started recording with the Windows Sound Recorder; and though it sounds kinda cool, to me it's not satisfaction

What i essentially want is some 'free' (emphasis on free :D) amp simulators/recording software that can give me a good/close sound like that of AC/DC (my favorite band lol). Got any ideas??? BTW, if you don't know what AC/DC sounds like...it's pretty much an antique, clean Marshall Amp sound with a bit of crunch. So if you could give me a link, or just some pointers that'd be great!

Thanks in advance :)
