i want to ask do we have to use ASP.NET while designing tests online.we have chosen VB.NET platform .if u dont understand this then plz let me know

Strictly, no. PHP or even JS would probably work just fine. But it is a lot easier to make a secure ASP.NET page than a secure PHP page (most of the time). So ASP.NET would probably be a better idea.
