thank you for the nice welcoming....
my ideas is to build a mask where someone can put in some numbers and gets a result with a formula taken place behind the screen. I have many more much complicated ideas but as i am a total beginner with programming i wanted to start with something like this.
now i am just downloading Visual C++ 2005 Express... as i read some good comments on it.
My questions... what do i need to have (programs), and what do i have to learn to complete my first idea?(tutorials)
if you think you have some help for me, i would be very happy to hear it!
kind regards
Oliver

Welcome to dream in code! Glad to have you! Always nice to see another mathematician on the site...that was where I got my start as well. Good luck with your programs (I've written several for mathematical and physics research myself)!
