Where can I download/Buy a Good version of C++ Plus a Compiler? I have lots of e-books and have been doing my research on this program, just looking for a trusted place to download these programs.... any help please?

well if you want to buy one then get Microsoft Visual Studio.
There some good free ones though, my favorite is code::blocks which can be found at http://www.codeblocks.org/
some others are Microsoft Visual C++ Express Edition and dev-c++, they both can be found easily with a google search.

At the top of the topics list in C/C++ is our C++ FAQs topic.

You can't "download" C++. It's a language, not a program.

By the way, Visual C++ express is free and personally, Visual Studio is my favourite IDE.
