dic errors

I got theses errors a few hours ago while trying to log onto dic:

Warning: Wrong parameter count for debug_backtrace() in /var/www/vhosts/dreamincode.net/httpdocs/forums/ips_kernel/classDb.php on line 1564
www.dreamincode.net Driver Error
There appears to be an error with the database.

If you are seeing this page, it means there was a problem communicating with our database. Sometimes this error is temporary and will go away when you refresh the page. Sometimes the error will need to be fixed by an administrator before the site will become accessible again.

Is there an Out-side email address for DIC that can be used for bug reporting? since I couldn't post about the errors on the sight.
