I have a few, some in progress, one about to begin as soon as the client gets the requirements in place:
I'm currently working on a Project Management System, which will support basic project management (SVN wrapper, downloads section, issue tracker), with a few other items that I'm after (e.g. autoupdate). Kinda like indefero, but my version, and much easier to install.
I'm also working on a flash-card learn application with some interesting features, but that's on hold 'til the above is done.
Once the school (I'm still in highschool) that I'm at sets up their database for me, I'll also be developing a Wednesday afternoon sport tracker/selector, which should make things a little easier for year co-coordinators. Good stuff.
All good fun this, and I'm definitely learning a thing or two.

Worked on so many projects over the years. My first paid project was a bookkeeping system for my student council when I was in high school. I have to say that systems have changed a lot since then. My most recent, biggest project, is my XNA tutorials on creating a role playing game. Between coding, and writing, I've logged hundreds of hours. Coding is usually the easiest of the two.

An extremely annoying batch bomb (can I tell you guys about that one?)
I'm currently remaking ZORK using Python.
Those are nothing compared to the stuff you guys have mentioned but I gotta start somewhere, eh?

Hmm.. I think the biggest thing i have worked alone is an social media site similar to facebook, where users could register and create their profile, then message other members, etc. It was not as advanced as facebook's system is, but worked. It had all functional systems, but the site never really got released as the company i did it for never got around it.

The one I'm on now. Been writing a small security program in C for fun. Might not amount to anything but it sure has been fun. I never knew you could black-out on code, but somehow I lost 8 hours yesterday

Well in my company i am the only programmer 
and i do every thing alone. What i have done so far is a POS system for a Stores and Coffee shops( RFID card readers to access the system etc.). Also a production based program handle stores and transfer between them. Calculating acquisition prices etc. I rly getting tired of doing every thing on my own.

NoBrain if you can handle programming alone in a company you have enough experience to join a team of programmers. It might even be more funnier, when you can easily learn new things from other programmers.

Well, my biggest project and what got me back into programming was a Cruise Line/Vacation reservation package for a Travel Agency. It was VB6 and handled everything from Client information/history to invoicing and receivables, Itineraries, Mailing lists, Promotions, Reporting, Exports to Excel for Accountant, etc... It was a fun project and I did it in my spare time. The company has since ended the business so I never had a reason to re-write it in .Net but It was a great learning experience and really fine tuned their business. It took me about 4 months working nights and weekends to get a use-able system in place and then I just added new features as I went. I always thought it would be cool to get with a few people and create something together but I've always just programmed as a hobby and always had a full time job to support the family so never pursued it.

I'm a very successful pogrammer as a 1099 contractor. I'm currently doing the biggest projects of my career thus far.
The biggest one has to be the contract I have with MFA (Medical Faculty Assocation), which is a branch that organizes all medical faculty and departments pertaining to the George Washington Hospital. I'm building their databases for various organizations within the group each which wants their own website. These websites and databases are much like a medium size WebMB with a plethora of medical information specific to the respected group mixed with a small car sales directory, but replace the cars with Doctors and other falculty.
I'm also creating a kiosk directory touch-screen desktop application for their patients who visits their clinics that will show how to get to which doctor who is working at what office on the day that patient visits the hospital. This will be for new comers and will be displayed at the front entrance of the clinic.
Each webste and directory is a 3-tier process. Make a front-end side for their public users, and administrative side that admins can go change, update, edit content that is in the database, and the database itself which is quite massive. My biggest relational database I have worked on in my life.

Still has a lot of stuff to be done, but as a concept, I like it myself. Working on some evolved features once I get my Azure subscription renewed. Or I will set up my own cloud.
