Cheese board or chessboard?
Please be a little more specific, and show us the code you have so far, so we can help you improve or fix it.

To make a cheesboard, you take a selection of cheeses and place them on a board. Add some cheese biscuits and a cheese knife, some bottles of nice red wine, the right company et voila ... one cheeseboard.
Now to make a chessboard, you take two different colours of wood, maple and mahogany for example, cut them out into squares about 1.5 inches wide, so you have 64 squares, 32 of maple and 32 of mahogany. Arrange these so that you have alternate coloured woods in a square 8 across and 8 down. Glue the edges together and let the glue dry. Et voila one chessboard.
I hope that helps.
PS. If you could provide us with some code it would help.
