I am a ColdFusion Programmer who is not doing ASP.net and C#. Sometimes I feel my questions are beginner questions and other times I think it is because I have a mindset of how code should be written and maybe it is done different in ASP.net and C#.

ASP.net Programmer here.

P.S. I am learning SharePoint as well. :gunsmilie:

Hi I'm codegecko. Been doing .NET for 2 years. Current alumnus of the open-source .NET-based CMS Umbraco core team. I write all kinds of things really, MVC2, webforms, Visual Studio plugins, Silverlight, recently started doing OData on WCF Data Services. Started with VB, now do C# predominantly. Also do sysadmin with Subversion, CruiseControl.NET, Server 03/08, IIS6/7, Active Directory, etc.

Jack of all trades, master of none!

codegecko :-)

greetings, just discovered this site and I'm already hooked :)

My name is Josh, and I am a professional asp.net web developer. I develop using C# and my platform of choice is the Sitefinity CMS by Telerik (full disclosure: I'm also a Telerik MVP).

I've also recently dived into asp.net MVC 2, and I'm really loving the potential that this platform has to offer!

Finally, I'm excited about the upcoming windows phone 7, and am dabbling with Silverlight in an effort to jump into that this fall as well :)

looking forward to being a part of what appears to be an excellent community!

Hi all,

I've been developing in ASP.Net since version 1.1 came out doing internal applications for a federal government agency. I use VB.Net, AJAX Control Toolkit, JQuery, MS SQL. We just got a copy of Visual Studio 2010.

I hesitantly add myself to this list. I currently enjoying learning asp.net and do not consider myself an expert in it (or anything else). But that's why I'm here.

VB.NET; Rather do C# but not on any projects that use it at the moment. Just recently started learning/using CSLA.NET.

Hi, My name is not important, I am an ASP.NET VB.NET <2005+> developer and I personally think that the BackTrack website looks epic. I enjoy doing most of my basic html coding in notepad since there are less errors that can be made by a "Development Suite" ...apanta. I am also an decent cpp developer, and most importantly a die hard comic sans user
