Overall the font is too large in the news area.
The "Get Started" and "What is Board Pulse" images need to have no drop shadow, not the best look, makes it look blurry instead of popping out like it should. On the same note the numbers need work too.
News post and footer need more padding and larger line-height.
Footer would probably do well to be centered as well.

I didn't get to adding the Features page. Sorry. :-P
Anyway, thanks for some actual responses! To all of you. :-D
I will take your suggestions and hopefully do some tweaks.
Thanks again.

Your first website? Well... WELL DONE! That is very impressive for a first website. Even the code is good.
My only suggestions are: all CSS should (in my opinion at least) be in an external style sheet. Also, img tags are self closing.
Should actually be:

@ hudson... the external style sheet makes the code look good. Do it have any other side effect? one of my website has lots of iframes and jquery, i problem i had with it was that it dont open up in chrome browser,, it works perfectly with others.

iFrames are rarely used anymore, I do not know if Chrome does not support it but I know it is not part of xhtml 1.1 Strict (which I always recommend you to keep to).
I have never heard of jQuery being used with iframes, though I have seen jQuery being used to replicate the functionality.
Sorry I cannot be of more use, perhaps somebody else will be able to help!

This is looking very very sexy, but IMHO, a 10-15px margin top and bottom would just finish it for me.

"popping out like it should". You're making it sound like it's crappy if it's not like that.... :S
Thanks Shane!
Thanks KingCuddles... but if I have a margin-top and bottom won't that leave a white gap?

No, it should leave a gap the colour of your back ground, and for me would just put the icing on that very sexy cake

Try it with FireBug and take a picture to see how it looks like, and then I may consider. I'm too lazy at the moment to do anything 'cept watch TV.
