How i can create password protected excel file using Java API. Apache POI doesnot support password protection

Check out the JXL API. It's a library for working with Excel files. I've never used it, so I can't say if it will help you out or not, but hopefully you'll find something

I personaly use JExcelApi but I do not remember havin seen something about password protection into it. May be it is there but I doubt.

No; unfortunately, JExcel does not allow you to save files with password protection.
