Do they have to be free? if not then here:

http://www.3dbuzz.com

These guys have alot of great videos, as a Member Sponsor, you can access almost all of them (not all though) or you can buy them from their store (I bought the AI behavior vids and once I have money, I'll probably buy the AI A* Algorithm Pathfinding DVD since member sponsors don't get that one) Some of them may seem like alot but it's very high quality stuff from what I've seen.

They also have some free vids though but check it out and see what you think.

(note: not trying to hype them too much, I've just found them really useful, more so than books and other online tutorials I've read)

Trying to keep them as free resources in the main list. If you would like to post others in the thread feel free, they just won't be included in the main list.

I would love to have seen Ziggy's site listed on here, but it appears the hackers have finally caused him to give up on his efforts. It's a shame that there are too many people on the internet that would try to ruin what Ziggy built, and it seems after several months of trying to fight it, the hackers got the better of him.

One pretty decent site that I've looked at a few times is:
http://www.innovativegames.net/blog/

This guy is building a 3d engine in XNA, and putting the entire series on his blog as a series of tutorials. Updates kind of slow, but the man has to have a life I suppose. Definitely worth a look in my opinion.

Here is a library for playing videos in Xna i found it quite helpfull although i first wrote the whole
code for the intro.

So it seems it would be easier make it on flash or something and then just add it in Xna.

Hope it helps :)

Does the resource have to be online?
If not, then the XNA 2.0 book from WROX publishers is a great read.

I actually own a hard copy of the XNA 2.0 book that I think you're talking about:

http://www.amazon.co...5269307&sr=8-11

Is a pretty decent read, but definitely not for beginners. The title even says Professional XNA, so if you don't already have a working knowledge of XNA, this book really isn't going to help you so much as confuse you. The author, Benjamin Nitschke leaves out a lot of the actually code in the chapters in this book, so if you download the sourcecode from the publisher after trying to follow along with him in the book, then you're going to see just how much he leaves out.

I was trying to have a list of online resources, they are much easier for others to check out. There are a number of books that are great for XNA programmers, beginners, intermediates and experts.

hi great list, i have a couple more links for graphics, http://www.thegamecreators.com/ is for basic and c++, but dark matter packs and other models can be used for anything and are really cheap, also Daz3D is a free program for rendering models, you have to buy models but the look great! it's what i have been using to create my content
