Does any one know where a good tutorial for IP filtering in c is. I found some programs but they are large programs. I need to write into my program some simple lines so the program will only watch one IP address rather than the whole network. Thanks in advance from a some one learning on their own.

The reason why these programs are so large is because they have to implement their own TCP/IP stack. The reason why you will have difficutly is because the only people who want to know such information are people up to no good. So, the answer is no!
