help needed with borderless form

am stuck with a problem.

i have a boarderless form ,with a panel the size of the form for moving ,a panel in bottem right hand corner for sizing.
behind that i have a picture box ,now this is where am stuck ,all i want is the picturebox to show its image and have both panels transparent and be able to move the form ,any ideas! ,i can move the form and resize it but no image

Well you need something for the user to grab, as a transparent form is a form with no UI in the transparent areas... So a user click would go right through.

What you need to do is: (I am only going to talk you through this, as if you did some research then you would know how to do it)

1.) Work out when a user puts the mouse down on an area of the form
2.) When the user has got the mouse down, work out the location of the mouse and the corresponding location of the form and load them into variables.
3.) When the mouse moves, calculate the difference change from the new X,Y location and old X,Y location. Then Add or Subtract the form variables change in some new variables.
4.) Move the form
