Hard time adding username and password

Posted 03 April 2010 - 04:24 PM

Hi everyone. My name is Adam and I'm designing a site that now needs a username and password field on two pages to open up two forms to be filled out by clients. I have the forms working fine but am having a hard time understanding PHP and MySql and was wondering if anyone had a good starting point for me. I have downloaded PHPMYADMIN 3.3.1 and have watched the tutorial on it and it seems easy enough to have a database with usernames and passwords. Link = http://www.youtube.c...eature=related. The problem is I don't know how the teacher of the tutorial got to this page he is working on. I am working with Dreamweaver CS4 on a Mac, if that helps. Thanks in advance

That's the phpmyadmin that comes with MAMP.

Here's a tutorial from skyhawk133, the owner of this site.
