How is it that logarithms are involved in computer programming? Is it just C+ and C++, or is there more involvement with Algebra and computer programming?

Can you elaborate a bit on your question?
Logarithms aren't something exclusively for C and C++ or even programming. It's a mathematical concept which plays a big role in programming as do all algebra.
