It's ok, I figured out the problem. This fucking SHITTY ass skin they put out with the beta is fucking shit up. It's got too many tags. IT's the most horrible piece of junk skin ever. I hate the fucker that made it. He hard-coded like 20 images in like 5 places.

ohh, I've lost alot of hair on this particualar table problem before. It could well be the same problem your having.
but on tables, if you put the </td> tag on the next line down, you'll get a little 1 pixel gap in there.
<td>your content</td> is good
<td>your content
</td> will give you that gap everytime
