First in publish settings select windows projector(.exe) option and publish your movie as exe.

Open Notepad and create a document with the name autorun.inf with the below contents

[autorun]
open=yourFlashFile.exe
icon=yourIcon.ico
--------------------------------------------
After writing the above 3 lines save the file.

yourFlashFile.exe is the windows projector exe file which was published by flash.

yourIcon.exe is the icon to show up for the autorun cd.

autorun.inf
yourFlashFile.exe
yourIcon.ico

all the above files should be burnt in the root directory of the cd.Dont put these in any folder.
