i have project in visual basic 6.00 and i want to convert it in to vb.net

Well, Dev Labs has an Upgrade wizard for converting VB6 code to VB.NET, but with all the error's it generates in the converted code you'd be better off (and in a lot of cases faster) just rewriting it in VB.NET. Read through this for more information

actually VB.NET support VB6 code in it but if (and they probably will) Microsoft® drop the support of vb6 in his new versions of OS your code will be useless.

Microsoft is dropping VB6 support after Windows 7 so that's some bad advice to be giving :)
