Warning: date() [function.date]: It is not safe to rely on the system's timezone settings. You are *required* to use the date.timezone setting or the date_default_timezone_set() function. In case you used any of those methods and you are still getting this warning, you most likely misspelled the timezone identifier. We selected 'Europe/London' for '1.0/DST' instead in E:\xampp\htdocs\G4U\menu.php on line 44

this is because you default time zone is not set on php.ini file.

You can get over this problem by either setting the date.timezone in php.ini file

To do this.
locate your php.ini file. If you dont know where to find it try phpinfo(); and check the loaded configuration file.

then search for date.timezone .it will be under [Date]

if you find it remove the ; before it
if you cant find it then add the followin lines.

[Date]
date.timezone = "Europe/London"

restart httpd ( Apache ) or php

Their is one more way you can do this by calling date_default_timezone_set (); function
To do this

add this line at the top of the page.
date_default_timezone_set ("Europe/London");

hope this helps
