I generally don't read sbell's posts, because personally, I think he's mentally retarded. However, I just read your response and the "exceptional customer support" bit caught my eye. Yay bold.

I don't use Apple products much, I can't stand the company. But I've had an experience with one of their so-called "geniuses" before, when one of our customers at work was at the Apple store and trying to configure his work email to sync with his iPhone.

Not only did I give the "genius" the settings, I explained to him how to actually set it up on the iPhone. I'd never even used an iPhone before then.

i didn't buy the customer care. this is because i am not retarded. i would gladly tell any relative to pay for it though if it meant they went to an apple store rather than calling me.

I prefer the much more open world of Windows, but I do find it funny that my windows live headset works perfectly with the mac when I simply plug them into the usb port, while on my Windows PC the sound skips horribly. And while I do like the aesthetics of a lot of their stuff and the MacOS X environment, some little Mac interface quirks get on my nerves at times though. While the hell does the green plus sign not work the same across every application? Standard buttons should be standardized!!!! I also don't like how clicking the x button doesn't close the application. It only closes the window. For example iTunes... I clicked the x, but the music is still going after the window closed. If I wanted to keep using iTunes and listening to music, I would have just minimized the window. iTunes sucks too. I prefer Zune marketplace where if I buy a movie or tv show I can delete it and re-download at any time. With Apple, you have to email support and be lectured about how this is the last time they're helping you recover the item you paid for.
