Hi,I m Shubhika.I m trying to make next editor for blind .i have developed the normal text editor but want to enable it for blind by giving it a narration ability.so that it can read words aloud.i will be highly greatful if only u can provide me with a hint.

What you want to do ? Add sound when a line is showed ? Print the actual line on a Braille printer ?

Maybe the Java Speech Recognition API would be helpful?

Find a way to call Microsoft Sam to pronounce stuff.. Haha
