i have a problem with SQL server 2005 connectivity using the ODBC data source admin. in os: windows 7
1) i add the SQL file using the tab "System DSN"
2) i add a new data source name and the sql server i want to connect to (.\SQLEXPRESS)
3) and i set the authenticity of login ID to " With windows NT authenticity using the network login ID"
but i got an error SQLSTATE:'01000'
SQL server Error: '11001'
Connection failed
SQLSTATE:'08000'
SQL server Error: '6'
Specified SQL server not found
i made the same steps on another computer (os:windows XP ) and it works !
