I don't know if I can have several same forms to do the manager jobs, ACTUALLY THE STORE VALUES ARE DIFFERENT(those forms can have the independant data values to store into the forms), like if I can have the datagridviews to store the different values?

SO,MY QUESTION IS if I can have several same forms(FROM ONE SAME FORM), and can store different data values into the forms with vb.net & access, OR I HAVE TO CREATE SEVERAL SAME FORMS.

i don't know if i clear my question. anyway, let me know it, if someone can give me the answers. THANKS.

Hi,

I would suggest to use a MDI application, that means that you can open several documents who are identical like the first one.

In addition to Luc's suggestion, and if I'm understanding correctly, the datagrid view can be built dynamically with a datasource and can be different for each form. That being said, you will have to determine what you are wanting to display based on the criteria you set (ie, different store, different manager, etc...) and then create a datasource based on that criteria. Once that is completed, you would just set the datagridview to that datasource and it would display that information.

Hope I understood correctly and that you understand my explanation.

So in your form you would have something like this (Pseudocode)

Select Case Manager
Case "Luc001"
  Build Datasource for what Luc001 needs
Case "CharlieMay"
  Build Datasource for What CharlieMay needs
Case "NeedAnswer"
  Build Datasource for what NeedAnswer needs
End Select
Populate the datagridview with the datasource.
