VSFlexGrid in vb.net

Hello everybody
I have a vsflexgrid 7.0
I want to shift vb 6.0 to vb.net 2008 express edition.
I don't know how to use vsflexgrid in .net.

Please, suggest any option.

From looking at their support it doesn't seem it's supported in VB.NET.

On a different note, you actually paid $490 for a grid control?
