How to Design Flash Web Site

Looking on some tips to create a flash site. My question is how do I create a flash site from a php and html standard site into flash? I have Adobe CS4.

Its a lot to explain in a thread.
Because the techniques used to come up with the html site are different as compared to what can be done using Flash.
I don't think there is an easy way to simply convert whatever is there in the HTML to Flash.
Try googling for tutorials on creating simple flash sites. There are lot of you tube videos too.
In fact in the tutorial section of Dreamincode you'll find a few tutorials which will help you partially.
If you get to understand the differences and unique features, may be you'll get new ideas which weren't visible or possible before.
