Hi all,

I need to create a application that would heavily involves the c# random class.

it was mentioned that for the random class, Pseudo-random numbers are chosen with equal probability from a finite set of numbers.

does this means if i have 10,000 numbers, the probability of random class choosing number 0 to number 10,000 is equal?

I'll need a way to validate its reliability. Anyone has any suggestions?
