How can we get System Date?

hi

can u guys please tell me how can we get the system date in PHP, so that we can dispaly the it in a PHP application

There are a number of ways to obtain and format the date...you may want to take a look at some of the PHP date functions, including getdate(). In the link below, getdate() is described, while other date functions are listed along the left hand side.
