Building a web based Java GUI to access MySQL Database, which will be on a server to be accessed by different users with different user levels on an intranet network of systems.

You will need:
A Server that receives requests and returns the data (like MySQL statements).
A Client that has a GUI, so most likely a JApplet.

A Database to access...
