There is too much of it. These forums are filled with it. And it stinks.

I'm my favourite. I'm most people's favourite. Understandably.

Oh, not me. It's an observation, not a personal complaint. Example, PsychoCoder warned Theagd about being rude in a Share Your Project thread. His post was barely even rude. But PsychoCoder is allowed to be rude whenever he wants. And it is very obvious that some members are hated by the moderators, and others liked. You are doing it wrong.

Perhaps members who are hated are deserving of the enmity displayed toward them, and only remain around out of the kindness of the moderators' heart? Nah...couldn't possibly be THAT.

Wait, I thought we were all allowed to be rude whenever we wanted. And curse. And be assholes. And act like sloth or psycho or skyhawk or me... did I miss the memo?
There can't really be favoritism when there's no gain to be had. So what if I'm more obnoxious to one person than another? All I've cost them is the joy of me?
What you're actually saying is than individual may treat two other individuals differently for essentially doing the same thing? That's life. You act in a manner I feel is appropriate, I treat you nice. You're a dick, I probably won't be as helpful. It's instant karma, man.

Ok programble you opened the door and now I think I'll step through it. The case you were referring to he was being an absolute dick, as were you, and I called you both on it. If you don't like it maybe you should change your attitude little man and try being an adult. If you cannot handle that then maybe being online isn't for you.
Not sure I care what you think, and not that I feel a need to defend myself, but I treat everyone equally. If you decide to treat everyone like a prick you can damn sure expect it back. So you got 2 choices, stop being a sniveling little boy, grow a pair and act like an adult, or STFU. Reality sucks doesn't it, I treat you the way you treat others and if you cannot handle then knock it the fuck off.

I find that one usually brings it upon oneself. However, one can easily correct that by being well behaved.

I think this is called the Biden syndrome. Symptoms include having your feet interchangeable with your food.
