I have to pass a .pdf file from coldfusion running on a Unix box to a Windows server that has ASP .net. Then I have to write the .pdf file to a different Windows server.

The user is authenticated using coldfusion. Do I need to pass the session id to the ASP .net server along with the .pdf file so I can go back to the coldfusion program and know which session id is being used?

How do I get the ASP .net server to accept my .pdf file from coldfusion? I am brand new with ASP .net and need to know what direction to go with this problem.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
