add videos in web page

hey,tell me any way that how i put videos on my web page.
I make web page on which user view the videos.I not find any way to solve my problem.

I don't know how to but if you want to use flash then there seems to be a FLVPlayback component which you could use to play videos.

I can't say more as I haven't used it yet.
