I am going to guess that you want to convert a COFF (Common Object File Format) formatted library into a OMF (Object Module Format).

First I should say that it is probably best to just recompile the source for that target platform (compiler/linker) -- these library files are generally not compatible across different compilers.

You can download a COFF2OMF program from Digital mars, and Borland compilers generally come with one. -- Though I warn you that these are rarely actually helpful. In the modern days of OSS generally you can get the source to whatever library you are using and you can recompile it for your platform.

I should also add... if you are using a compiler that uses the OMF object format, you should really get a newer compiler!

Also look at your lib command's help -- it may have the ability to import/export different formats
