A problem with Allegro library

hi all,:)
I have started studying c++ for four months and I have to make a project that plays sounds and pictures together using dev-c++ so I used Allegro library.
I have a problem with the function install_sound. I don't know how to use it correctly to run. Please help me I have to deliver my project tomorrow :(

What exactly is the problem, what don't you understand? Could you also post your code if at all possible?
