Literally anything you want.
I have a Master degree in Maths and I am currently a developer (in my 2nd developer role) though it is important to note that you need to be able to show you have a good level of programming ability. I had done a few web design jobs and things at university that lead to me getting the developer role, combined with the fact that I had made a portfolio of work.
With a maths degree you can do anything really, but you will have no worries getting a programming job if you can show an ability in the area. A good example of what I did was write a Flash fractal generator and a simple C# IM client.
Feel free to PM me if you need any further help/guidance

Take a crash course in a major programming language for 12 months and you most probably can get a job with a major bank. why a bank? just watch all those programmer movies about hacking and stuff, and notice who their targets are on. Banks need programmers, but they need programmers who are strong in math. Their algorithms are very complex, and even if you're not actually sitting and coding, with a math degree and a certificate in a popular programming language, you'll be part of the design team to develop and maintain the software systems.

Yes. A direct reflection of reality.

Stereotypical math major careers are academia (high school teachers, college professors, research) and working at the NSA doing cryptography work (mainly for those with graduate-level degrees in math). However, a degree doesn't dictate one's career path. If you are interested in programming, become proficient in a couple languages. If you want to teach, then get a teaching certification. Do want you want to do.
