how to make links in Java?

Hi everybody! I'd like to ask, is it possible to make links in java link in HTML like: <a href...> I want to make such a program where you can go to the next frame by clicking to another button.

You could write the code for the button click event so the current frame is closed and a new one opened :) Is this what you are trying to do?
