New guy introduction

Posted 02 June 2010 - 10:58 AM

Greetings all. I'm Clint. New to this site, but not to help forums. I was quite active on another site and found myself looking to move to a better neighborhood, so here I am.

I program for a living (C#, Windows applications).
I do get to travel quite a lot thanks to my employer. I try to keep my on-line photo albums up to date for those that are bored enough to look at someone else's travel photos.

That's about it. Just your average Klingon code nerd.

Is This A Good Question/Topic? 1

I don't think I would use "average" and "Klingon code nerd" in the same sentence.

Hi Clint! Glad you decided to join us here in our little corner of the tubes. We've got a pretty active C# community here, so hopefully you'll find yourself at home.

Cya around the forums!

So I am learning. Then again the entire site is something to learn. Very nicely done, by the way! I need to take some of that 'free time' that none of us ever have and scour through the tutorials and code snippets to get a feel for what already exists, what is good reference when questions are asked, and what areas I might be able to contribute something useful that isn't duplicative.
