I just started learning VB.net and I need suggestions on where and how to get materials that will aid my learning. I have already installed Microsoft Visual Studio 2008. Thank you.

This site is good. Look through the snippets and tutorials. Subscribe to a thread so as you can learn what problems others are having. You could also try msdn.com. If you run into problems there are a good number of member here that are very knowledgable, and will help. Make sure you have read and understand the forum rules. Doing so will help you, and if all else fails Google may the answer you seek.
Good luck and happy coding.

I learned a lot by playing, Googling, reading others posts, the best being fiddling around. It helps to be driven - come up with an idea and start to design it and code it.

Wrong thread. Two threads with exactly the same name. Stupid me!
